Training with an instructor
In-person, face-to-face classroom training, led by a trainer who depends on lectures, followed by exam questions to gauge comprehension, is the most traditional method of instruction. However, we've learned that more involvement, such as talks, problem-solving exercises, case studies, and hands-on practice, leads to higher results. Learners are engaged in the training experience in a well-designed course because they are asked not only to absorb but also to perform, alongside teachers who may or may not be subject matter experts.
